Description
e pears, a grassy sauvignon blanc, a few blobs of strawberry liquorice then a sweet earthiness that evolves into raspberry sorbet and chestnut puree. Water refreshes everything with a zesty, effervescent quality. Notes of apple and cinnamon turnover with aniseed gobstoppers. The palate is faintly herbal to begin, becoming slowly more mineralic with notes of clean bandage, barley sugar and a sense of digging up heather from a hillside. Again with water there is a sense of peace and relaxation. Gentle, clean sweetness with granola bar, candied orange peel and honey.
